Clients Can’t Book a Lesson or See Available Times?

If clients aren’t seeing available times or can’t book a lesson, run through these quick checks 👇


1. Make Sure You Have Availability Set

Go to Calendar → Edit Availability and confirm that your hours are added and saved.
No availability = no bookable times!


2. Check That Locations Match

If your client or service is assigned to a specific location, your availability must include that same location.

Example:
If a client is set to “Studio A” but your availability is for “Online,” they won’t see any times.

To fix it, remove the location from either the client profile or your booking hours so they match.


3. Review Your Booking Settings

Navigate to Booking → General tab and review:

  • Future booking window – how far in advance clients can schedule

  • Last-minute booking window – how close to the start time they can book

  • Start times – confirm your lesson durations and booking intervals align

Example:
If your lessons are 45 minutes but your booking intervals are 60 minutes (starting at 5:30), the next slot opens at 6:00.
Since a 45-minute lesson would run until 6:45, there isn’t enough time before the next interval — so the system won’t allow that booking.


4. 1-Click Booking

If using 1-Click Booking, make sure the student has:

  • A typical time set

  • A valid billing setup

Without both, 1-Click Booking won’t display options.


5. New Clients

Go to Booking → Registration tab and confirm “Accept new clients” is toggled on.
If it’s off, new clients won’t be able to book or register.


6. Classes, Appointment Services & Camps/Workshops

Make sure these are published either Publicly or Internally so clients can view and book them.
