With Workshops you can create a series of appointments that are all billed as a single purchase. This is great for summer camps, workshops and Masterminds. Managing them is super easy and they appear on you and your clients' calendars so everyone knows when things are happening.

Workshop/Camp Setup
Navigate to Camps/Workshops tab
Note - To have the workshop available for public booking you must ENABLE Public Booking, you can copy the camp/workshop link to send to specific audiences.
Click ADD +
Fill out fields
Tip: if you don't know which staff member is going to head the workshop, you can create a general staff member, called i.e. Workshop Instructor

Cost - the entire amount will be charged during registration booking, if you add an attendee you can override how much and when to charge them

Save Workshop - Note: the workshop will not be shown publicly until published

Registration questions, these are per workshop and for everyone who registres themselves
Click PUBLISH when ready. Choose either Internally or Publicly
Note: If you publish publicly the "share" icon will show beside the word Public for you to click on an copy
Add Attendees
Once the workshop is saved, click on the "add attendees" tab
Select one or all of the attendees, you can also override the cost to any amount you would like to charge the attendee you are adding.
Note: If you toggle on the "automatically approve payment" and the client has a payment method on file it will charge the client and send a receipt
If you do not toggle on the "automatically approve payment" it will send an email for the client to click on and pay and will not automatically charge the client even if they have a payment method on file. Also you can approve the payment at anytime before the workshop starts.
Edit Camp/Workshop
You can edit/copy all details of the Workshop prior to the start date by clicking on one of the edit pencils in the camp/workshop.
To delete a camp/workshop you must:
1) Remove all attendees (workshops with attendees CANNOT be deleted)
3) Once all attendees have been removed the option to delete will be available under the Actions button.
You May need to issue refunds to clients you remove from the camp/workshop.
Want to encourage people to sign up early or offer a discount to those who sign up early?
Easy! Set the discounted price when you first launch and then at your specified cut off date, go in, edit the price, and save. All registrants who got in early get the first price, and everyone else gets the new price.
Create a Promo Code/Coupon for your Camp or Workshop
Currently, only camps and workshops can utilize promo codes to apply a discount to the price of the event.
You can add an expiration date to your coupon. A coupon set to expire on 12/31/2024 will expire on 12/31/2024 at 11:59pm.
Discounts can be fixed amounts or a percentage of the overall cost.
To create a Coupon:

Complete the required fields
