How to Create a Client Registration Form in Fons
You can easily set up a registration form for new clients to sign up for your services—and customize it to gather exactly the info you need. Here’s how:
Go to:
Booking→RegistrationtabClick the pencil icon ✏️ to create or edit your form.
Add your questions using fillable fields like:
Text
Yes/No questions
Multi-select
Dropdowns
Make questions required or optional depending on what information you need.
Easily reorder the questions by dragging them into place.
To share the form, click the copy icon 📋. You can paste this link into your website, emails, or anywhere you want clients to register directly.
Find the registration forms by navigating to the client overview and click on "Survey Questions"
This keeps all your client intake organized—and makes signups smooth and professional.
