Sometimes 3rd party apps like Zoom change/update their app which sometimes causes integration issues.
Note: If you have changed your Zoom password or Zoom email address, you will need to uninstall Zoom and reinstall
Zoom Integration Issues
Zoom does not show as a location option or is grayed out in an appointment creation. Note: Zoom meetings can only be created for staff members that are also in your Zoom account.
Zoom is not a clickable link in the appointment location

Resync your Zoom Integration by navigating to settings->integrations and click on to Synchronize Data under the Zoom button, refresh your browser and see if now working
Try to uninstall Zoom and reinstall, refresh your browser and see if now working

Zoom Uninstallation
Log in to Zoom and find your installed apps (https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed)
Click the Uninstall button next to the Fons app
Follow the onscreen instructions
Note: When you uninstall the Fons app, we will automatically delete all of your Zoom account information from our system. Your appointment will be updated with a link to the Zoom meeting and all attendees will be notified of the change.
