Why was my client charged again outside of their subscription or package.
Here are a couple of reasons:
The most common issue is that the appointment is set to per hour cost and not set to accept a package or subscription and your client is setup on a subscription or package. You must change the appointment cost.
Appointment happened however the subscription has not been prorated to start and starts at a later date. You should cancel the subscription and setup the subscription to prorate.
