To take an appointment and turn it into a recurring series:
Log in to Fons
Navigate to the appointment on the Calendar
Click on the appointment
Select the Edit pencil
From the dropdown menu, select "Convert to Recurring"
In the next window
Select the frequency the appointment will recur
(optional) add an end date
(optional) add an optional message to the client
Save
Clients will receive an email to let them know the appointment is now recurring (at the frequency you selected) regardless of whether or not you choose to add an optional message. This is to inform them of the change.
