Change the Cost of one Subscription
Click on the "Clients" tab, navigate to the client you want to change
Scroll down to the Appointment Setup section, click on the subscription of the family member you want to change
Click on pencil icon, select "edit subscription"
Change the rate, click "save" or "save and notify"
It will notify the client of the change, but nothing for the client to do. The new rate will not be billed until the next billing cycle.
Change the cost of multiple subscriptions at once
Click on the "Clients" tab
Click on the "Actions" button
Select "update subscription rate"
Select the clients you would like to update the rate for (note: If you use multiple billing models use the drop down, instead of the spy glass, so it will only show clients who are on subscriptions. See screenshot below.)
Enter the new rate
Click Save
It will notify you client of the change, but nothing for the client to do. The new rate will not be billed until the next billing cycle.
