While not required, appointment descriptions help clients understand what to expect in an upcoming appointment or series of appointments.
To change or add a description to an appointment that has already been created:
Navigate to the appointment you want to edit
Click on the green edit pencil to the right of the Description area.
NOTE: to change the description for the series, ensure you toggle the switch to "Apply to this and future appointments"
Clients are not notified of changes to the description, but they can see the changes in their fons portal when they open the appointment details.
