The Appointment Report is a helpful tool in reconciling appointments to make sure you are paid for them.
To run the reports login, navigate to Reporting->Reports, Appointments report
Note: for cancelled appointments the report will only show late cancels, so outside of the cancellation window.
Columns:
Client Status - shows confirmed, unconfirmed or cancelled (you are never paid on an unconfirmed appointment)
Payment Charge -
No - marked as "no charge"
yes - has a cost, package os subscription as taken for payment
Payment Status / Type
Paid / Type = none the attendee was marked as "no charge"
failed / Package = it wasn't charged because a 0 package balance
failed / Charge = it wasn't charged because the charge failed
