Fons labeling is a universal labeling / tagging feature for all appointments, staff members and clients for more granular reporting, filtering and search functionality and since used universally no need to keep up with multiple label lists, just use the same one for all!
To create a universal label navigate to Settings->Labels and click the +ADD button from there you can create a label with a label name, description and color code. All created labels can be used universally for all appointments, staff members and clients.
Apply to Appointments - You can apply a label during an appointment creation or after an appointment is created simply open the appointment (from the agenda or calendar) and click EDIT under labels.
Use the Appointment or Attendee Report to filter for these types of labels. Navigate to Reporting->Reports tab
Apply to Clients - You can apply a label during a client creation or after a client is created simply open the client overview (from the client tab) and click EDIT under labels.
Use the Client Export Report to filter for these types of labels. Navigate to Clients tab, Actions->Client Export
Apply to Staff Members - You can apply a label during a staff member creation or after a staff member is created, simply open the staff member (settings->staff) and click EDIT under labels.
