My bank account is not accepted - I can't enter my bank account or need to specify the account

If you are a new provider or a current one and need to enter or update a bank account that is not accepted or you need to specify the account - No Worries!

We can manually enter it for you, you can either leave your routing and account number in our chat and I can delete it or you can leave a message on my extension at 833-439-3667 x700. It only takes a few minutes to setup and we will let you know as soon as it's been completed.

Also, for verification to make sure this is really you, I will need:

  1. the phone number registered to this account

  2. last 2 payouts

  3. last 4 digits of the social security or EIN number registered to this account
