Fons tracks attendances as absences, if the appointment is confirmed and the attendee is not marked as absent than it is assumed they attended.
You can mark a student absent up to 72 hours after the appointment has passed.
You cannot mark an unconfirmed appointment as absent
To mark a client as absent, navigate and open the appointment, click on the carrot to expand the Attendee and click the hand to "mark as absent".
Once marked as absent you will see it as so beside the attendees name, as below. Absents will show on the appointment and attendee report.
