The client portal is similar to what you see, but with fewer options. How do clients get invited to join your organization in Fons??

Clients can be invited to join your studio in Fons 3 ways:

  • From the GO LIVE Welcome email (when you exit setup mode)

  • When you set them up with a billing method (your account is already live) and send an email prompting them to enter their preferred method of payment

  • When you create an appointment for them and send an email asking them to confirm it (account already live)

  • If a client can not find the email

    • Double check the email is typed in accurately

    • Have them search their inbox for fons.app or [email protected]

    • Make sure they are searching Spam and Trash folders

Appointments - Confirm / Cancel / Schedule - How To

Update Email / Name / Phone Number

  • Settings->Profile

View and Cancel Prepaid Package Balance or Subscriptions

  • Settings->Packages & Subscriptions

    • To cancel a package or subscription clients should reach out to their provider.
