Adding Additional Student Family / Children Members

To add additional family members is a breeze!

If you only have one family member taking lessons then it's usually easier to not create additional family members, but in some instances multiple family members that need to be billed differently or attend group classes, this feature is perfect.

The paying family member will be listed as the Primary Contact and all family members will be billed under the same payment method (credit card, ach) that is setup under the primary contact.

FAQs

  • Family members cannot share subscriptions or packages so if you use the family member feature you must setup the subscription or package under the family member that is actually attending the lessons however the primary contact will be billed for those subscription and packages.

  • All email notifications will go to the Primary Contact and anyone else you have CCd.

  • SMS reminders are only sent to the phone number listed under the Primary Contact.

Setup Student Family Members

  1. Log into Fons navigate to the "Client" tab,

  2. Click on the Primary Contact

  3. Click the "ACTIONS" button on the top right and select add Family member.

  4. Add the family student members name

  5. Follow the wizard to setup the appointment Billing model (package, subscription or per hour) for that family member.
