Setting up payment for your providers services only take a minute! You can use a credit or debit card or an ACH (eCheck) payment which comes directly from your checking account. You are never charged any fees for this!
Once you have this setup, you can set it and forget it.Β
If there is ever an issue with your payment method like a credit card expiration, you will be notified via email. If you receive an email that your payment method has an issue, you should attend to this as soon as possible so your provider will be paid for their services.

Setting Up or Update My Payment Method
If you have never logged into Fons you will need your provider to setup your account, once it is setup you will receive and email with a link to setup your payment method. If you have an account login at https://fons.app
Navigate to Settings->Payment Info click "Update Payment Info" Note: if you are updating your credit card sometimes you have to refresh your browser to see the change
Choose either credit card or ACH from the drop down. Note: ACH US only.
Click "Update Payment" and enter your credit card or ACH info. Your card or bank will be charged once either the after the first lesson occurs, you paid for a package or a selected date by your provider for subscriptions.
Delete / Remove my Credit Card or ACH
If you are a client and need to remove you payment method aka credit card or ACH.
Note: only clients can delete their payment info, due to clients may use for other Fons providers
Login to Fons
Navigate to Settings->Payment Info
Click the DELETE PAYMENT METHOD button
