Every now and then legitimate email senders emails are sent to spam or promotional folders, especially during holidays and elections. To ensure emails are delivered to your inbox and not spam or other folders, make sure to add fons.app and [email protected] to your contact and safe sender list.

Check to make sure the email address is correct and that your inbox is not full
Every now and then we have reports of notifications going to spam and promotional folders,
Do a search for fons.app or [email protected] in your email app
Check you email app rules settings
If you are still not seeing any notifications let us know the email address and we can dig into it.
SMS
the client's portal has to have "allow text messages" toggled on - by Default it is enabled but a place to check if they report they are not receiving them
