The Fons Catalog and Practice App works in any modern browser
We recommend using Chrome or Safari browser for the best experience
An internet connection is required
If you're experiencing loading or playback issues, try refreshing your browser. Check your internet connection. Disconnect from any VPN (Virtual Private Network), as this can sometimes create loading issues.
If you're still experiencing issues, try updating your browser to the latest version. We recommend using Google Chrome browser.
Audio Playback Tips:
For the best audio experience, connect your device to headphones or an external speaker
You can separately adjust the volume (and mute) the Accompaniment, My Part, and Metronome to meet your specific practice needs
Mobile Device Troubleshooting:
The Fons Catalog and Practice App should work within the web browser of any mobile device, including smartphones and tablets.
While you can access the Practice App from smartphone, a tablet, laptop or desktop device will be a better experience for viewing the sheet music.
If your phone/tablet is in "silent" mode, you will not hear the audio playing through your internal device speaker. Turn "silent" mode off (i.e. - ringer "on") or connect to external headphones or speaker to hear the audio.
