Multiple Family Members Need Notifications and Access FAQ
Additional family members needing notifications are only available via email notifications and not SMS
The additional emails will receive all notifications just as the Family Manager not just appointment reminders
Set your client's phone number to whomever needs the appointment reminders
Setup Multiple Email Addresses for Notifications
Navigate to the Client Details Tab
Click on the Pencil in the Personal Details section, select Details
At the bottom add the email addresses of each person wanting Notifications, separating each email address with a comma and no space in between
