Common Login Issues
If you're having trouble logging in, please donât:
- Rely on browser auto-filled passwords or saved links 
- Copy and paste your email address or password 
If youâre a client, you can ask your provider which email you used to sign up.
Note: Providers canât change a clientâs login email.
Logging in with Google
If you originally signed up or logged in with Google, youâll need to continue using your Google credentials to log in.
The Forgot Password option wonât work for Google sign-ins, since a Fons-specific password was never created.
Canât Create a Password or Log In?
If youâre receiving Fons emails, click the link inside one of them to create a password and log in.
Or go to https://fons.app and click Sign Up.
The system will recognize your email if itâs already registered, allowing you to create a password and log in.
đ Reset Your Password
There are two ways to reset your password:
1ď¸âŁ From the Login Screen
- Go to https://fons.app 
- Enter your email and select Reset Password 
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link 
- Click the link to create your new password 
If your email isnât in the system, you wonât receive a reset email.
2ď¸âŁ From Within Fons
- While logged in, go to Settings â Personal â Password 
- Click Send Email 
- Find the reset email and follow the link to update your password 
Password Requirements
- Minimum 9 characters 
- At least 1 lowercase letter 
- At least 1 number 
- At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*) 
- No more than 2 identical characters in a row
