If you are having issues logging in don't:
Rely on browser saved addresses or passwords
Don't copy and paste an email address or password
If you are a client you can also ask your provider for your login address if you are unsure of which one you used. Note: a provider cannot change your login address
There are 2 ways to reset your password
Note: Password requirements
No more than 2 identical characters in a row
One special character(!@#$%^&*)
One lower case
One number
Must be at 9 characters in length
Change at the Login Screen
Navigate to https://fons.app
Enter you email->enter or next
Click "Reset Password"
This will send you send you a password reset link - may go to spam
If there is not an email address in the system, you will not receive an email
Find the email and click on the Reset Password link
Change from within Fons
While logged in to Fons, navigate to Settings->Personal->Password Tab
Click "SEND EMAIL"
This will send you send you a password reset link - may go to spam
Find the email and click on the Reset Password link
