Change my time zone, client time zone or staff member time zone.

Notes:

  • A time zone is set at the Personal Profile level and it not organizational wide

  • If you create an appointment in your time zone it will show on your calendar on your time zone and your client is in another it will show them their appointments/notifications/reminders in their set time zone

  • If you travel and your time zone changes on your computer or phone, your agenda will show your appointments in that time zone however your calendar will show you the time zone you have set in Fons


To Change a Time Zone

Change your personal time zone navigate to settings->personal profile

Change a staff member's time zone, as of now only they can change

Change a client's time zone either they can change by navigating to

settings->personal profile or as a provider you can update for them under their client details by navigating to the client of choice click the pencil and "details"

  • Notifications will be sent to your client with their Fons set time zone

If you don't see your time zone click the "show more" button we have all time zones for all countries listed there
