Appointment confirmation reminder 24 hrs ahead of the appointment
One SMS Appointment reminder is sent out the same day as the appointment
In the event that a client’s payment method is declined, Fons will notify you and your client letting you both know that the payment method needs to be updated.
Whenever a provider or client cancels an appointment, the all admins and the staff member on the appointment will be notified
Email receipts for successful payments.
For clients who use packages to pay for lessons, they will receive a low package balance email when their balance reaches 1.
If the package is set to auto-repurchase they are told they will be charged after their next appointment.
If the package is NOT set to auto-repurchase they are advised to reach out to the studio and purchase another package.
When you establish a billing method for a client (hourly rate, package, or subscription) your client receives a notification about that and is informed of when and how their card will be charged.
Hourly rate - they are informed of the rate
Packages - they are informed of the cost of the package, the description of the package, how many appointments they are purchasing, how the package balance will be deducted, and if they are set to auto-repurchase.
Subscriptions: they are informed of the rate, the frequency of the subscription "renewal" and the date it will start running. ie: $200 monthly starting on the 1st.
